About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual for the role of Director of Community Engagement and Fundraising. You will play a key part in fostering relationships and increasing financial support from our dedicated community, while also encouraging new supporters to become significant contributors to our mission. This is a vital position to help build a robust grassroots movement focused on advocacy and civic engagement.

In this role, you will create and implement strategies to boost community involvement and revenue, cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors, and achieve fundraising targets. Accurate record-keeping and engaging community members in diverse advocacy efforts are essential components of the position.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of successful fundraising experience and have strong connections within the Jewish community and its schools. We value a highly motivated self-starter who excels in problem-solving and communication. A commitment to Jewish education and advocacy is necessary, alongside the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
