Pay : $18-22 per hour, Depending on Experience

Position Summary : The Warehouse Operations & Facility Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse functions, inventory control, tools and uniform management, and general upkeep of company facilities and vehicles.
Key Responsibilities :
Warehouse OperationsReceive materials and verify against purchase orders and job numbersManage returns and surplus materials from jobs, ensuring proper documentationCheck in / out tools and equipment with proper logging (including power tool safety checks)Manage inventory of uniforms and coordinate with the uniform providerFacility & Grounds MaintenancePerform weekly cleaning and upkeep of office spaces, restrooms, kitchen, hallways, and common areasMaintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse front and back areasConduct building exterior maintenance including gutter cleaning, mowing, pressure washing, and trash removalVehicle & Equipment ManagementMaintain cleanliness and service records for company vehiclesPerform monthly maintenance inspections and coordinate necessary repairsEnsure vehicles are fueled and prepared for daily useSafety & Emergency PreparednessMaintain organization and readiness of tools, chemicals, and emergency equipment (generator, fuel, etc.)Participate in hurricane and emergency preparation tasks per company checklistRequired Qualifications :
Previous experience in warehouse or facility maintenance preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to lift 50+ lbs and operate hand / power tools safelyFamiliarity with inventory and tool tracking practicesReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyValid driver's license required
