Project Manager, Hospitality – BCV Architecture + Interiors

BCV Architecture + Interiors is an award-winning design firm specializing in lifestyle and culture-oriented projects including private residences, restaurants, wineries, market halls, stores, and retail centers. BCV applies timeless, environmentally sound design to a diversity of scales, from the master planning of large projects to the design of single-family homes and custom furniture.

BCV is looking for a professional, thoughtful and self-motivated individual with strong design, technical detailing and coordination skills who is able to assume the role of a Project Manager for hospitality projects. The successful candidate will be a strong team player with strengths in early, presentation work, along with experience in leading construction document production. Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp and Revit is a must. 3D Max and Adobe CC is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture from an accredited college / university
• 10+ years architectural office experience with a focus on hospitality projects such as restaurants, food retail and public markets
• Professional licensure and LEED certification, or demonstrated path towards completion
• Excellent verbal and graphic communication skills
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit and Adobe CC

This position is full-time and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. Benefits include paid time off, health and dental insurance, 401k and profit-sharing plans, and incentives to complete the A.R.E. and gain LEED certification.

Salary Range : $115,000–$130,000
