Job Description

Lead sizable affordable housing projects, preservation, tenant in place and some ground up

Prepare accurate cost estimates for property projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.

Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.

Oversee all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, procurement, and contractor management.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.

Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with clients and team members.

The Successful Applicant

A successful PM / Estimator should have :

• LIHTC and or Section 8 experience is essential to this role.
• Preservation or tenant in place affordable housing projects is essential to this role.
• Strong knowledge of project management and estimation practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
