Responsibilities :

• Engage with potential customers through inbound and outbound sales calls, educating them on Ripple Fibers high-speed internetservices.
• Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs, overcome objections, and recommend tailoredsolutions.
• Build strong customer relationships by delivering personalized, positive interactions that create lasting impressions.
• Clearly and effectively communicate product benefits, ensuring customers understand the value of our services.
• Apply active listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills to address customer concerns and drive sales.
• Assist customers with inquiries beyond sales when needed, always looking for opportunities to transition interactionsinto sales.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Ripple Fibers products and customer journey to provide expert recommendations.
• Accurately document customer interactions and ensure data security.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
