About Super Soccer Stars

At Super Soccer Stars , we use the soccer ball as a vehicle to teach life skills and confidence to children ages 1–14. Our age-specific, skill-based curriculum—developed by early childhood professionals and youth soccer experts—focuses on the whole child : physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. Our philosophy emphasizes fun, teamwork, and positive reinforcement in a non-competitive environment.

About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Youth Soccer Coach Supervisor to lead our coaching team in the Triad area . This is a dynamic role for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys being active, and is excited to make a difference through soccer.

You’ll not only be on the field coaching children ages 18 months–12 years , but also supervising, mentoring, and supporting a team of coaches to ensure our high standards are met.

What You’ll Do

• Coach & Lead : Deliver fun, high-energy classes using our Super Soccer Stars curriculum for children 18 months–12 years old.
• Supervise Coaches : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of youth soccer coaches to ensure consistency, quality, and a positive experience for every child.
• Sales & Outreach : Conduct sales and community outreach to grow enrollment and expand program reach.
• Engage Families : Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates, feedback, and excellent customer service.
• Promote Excellence : Attend regular training sessions, provide feedback to coaches, and uphold the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual standards.
• Have Fun! We believe learning and laughter go hand in hand—your enthusiasm sets the tone for the entire program.
