About Super Soccer Stars
At Super Soccer Stars , we use the soccer ball as a vehicle to teach life skills and confidence to children ages 1–14. Our age-specific, skill-based curriculum—developed by early childhood professionals and youth soccer experts—focuses on the whole child : physically, mentally, socially, and emotionally. About the Role
We are looking for an energetic and motivated Youth Soccer Coach Supervisor to lead our coaching team in the Triad area . This is a dynamic role for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys being active, and is excited to make a difference through soccer.
You’ll not only be on the field coaching children ages 18 months–12 years , but also supervising, mentoring, and supporting a team of coaches to ensure our high standards are met.
What You’ll Do
- Coach & Lead : Deliver fun, high-energy classes using our Super Soccer Stars curriculum for children 18 months–12 years old.
- Supervise Coaches : Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of youth soccer coaches to ensure consistency, quality, and a positive experience for every child.
- Sales & Outreach : Conduct sales and community outreach to grow enrollment and expand program reach.
- Engage Families : Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to provide updates, feedback, and excellent customer service.
- Promote Excellence : Attend regular training sessions, provide feedback to coaches, and uphold the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual standards.

What We’re Looking For
Prior experience working with children and / or soccer (as a coach, teacher, camp leader, or youth mentor).Strong leadership and communication skills.A positive, team-oriented attitude and passion for early childhood education.Ability to provide constructive feedback and inspire others.Reliable transportation to travel between class locations in the Triad area.This role is ideal for candidates pursuing careers in education, coaching, child development, or recreation management.
Schedule & Availability
We’re looking for candidates with availability for three or more of the following shifts (flexible within each window) :
