Job Summary :
The Account Manager role is equal parts strategist, relationship builder, and detail keeper. You’ll work directly with digital and website clients, helping them manage projects while encouraging them to adopt services that fuel business growth. The heartbeat of the job is conversation & listening to clients and teammates, understanding their priorities, and then turning those insights into clear, actionable marketing strategies.
This is a role for someone who thrives in motion. You’re comfortable managing your own workload, prioritizing competing demands, and keeping projects moving forward without losing sight of the details. You understand that credibility comes not just from ideas, but from execution by delivering strategies on time, within budget, and with professionalism in every interaction.

Work Environment :
Must be able to read, write, and communicate both verbally and in written form to express and exchange ideas. While performing the responsibilities of this job, the employee must be able to access all components of the workstation and other office equipment. Frequent typing, writing, bending, and twisting. Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds.
General office environment with moderate noise. This position is mostly sedentary, involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. A busy environment with many unscheduled interruptions. Frequent computer use at workstation for extended periods of time. Public contact position requiring appropriate business apparel.
