What You'll Do:

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans
• Supervise ABA programs and support staff
• Train and support caregivers and RBTs
• Collaborate with an experienced team of BCBAs

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
• Strong clinical and decision-making skills
