What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and develop behavior plans
- Supervise ABA programs and support staff
- Train and support caregivers and RBTs
- Collaborate with an experienced team of BCBAs
Requirements:
- Active BCBA certification (required)
- Experience supervising RBTs/technicians
- Strong clinical and decision-making skills
