Overview :

Were seeking a CNC Mill Programmer with strong Mastercam experience and a background in vertical or horizontal milling . This role involves offline programming for close-tolerance, complex parts in a precision machining environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Program CNC mills offline using Mastercam
• Read and interpret complex drawings and GD&T
• Create setups, fixtures, and optimize machining processes
• Collaborate with QC for first-piece approvals
• Support and train operators as needed
• Maintain documentation in ERP and inspection systems
