Location : This position will be on-site full-time in Newburyport, MA. The position holder will need to be within commuting distance (within 45 min).

Opening is on 3rd Shift : 12am - 7 : 30am (but paid for 8 hours)

Pay Range : $25 - $35 per hour

Final compensation will be determined based on market data, geographic location, and the candidate's qualifications and experience.

Team Lead Summary :

The Team Lead I oversees the daily operations and safety protocols of assigned production lines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely product completion. The Team Lead operates and troubleshoots various production machinery, handling setup and basic troubleshooting as needed. They actively monitor inventory and production data, assist with continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain an organized workspace in line with 5S guidelines.
