Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LTC

Wise Medical Staffing is currently seeking LPN’s for contract work. The ideal LPN candidate will possess a license / certification in the state of (the state your staffing) with at least 1 year of long-term care experience.

LPN Responsibilities and Duties :

• Monitor patient’s vitals and record them in their file
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of each patient
• Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication
• Evaluate the patient’s wellbeing, reporting any needs to medical staff
• Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
• Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly
