Logistics Material Handler | Fort Worth, TX

Nexeo HR is hiring detail-oriented Logistics Material Handlers to support warehouse operations and international shipping for a global supply chain organization in the DallasFort Worth area. This is a hands-on role in a high-volume, tech-forward environment involving inventory handling, trade compliance support, and routine warehouse functions.

Youll be part of a logistics operation backed by a global leader in transportation and supply chain optimization, offering exposure to international logistics, real-world trade compliance, and opportunities for professional growth. This is a long-term position with advancement potential.

Responsibilities

Load and unload inbound and outbound freight, verifying shipments against documentation

Conduct quality inspections and ensure accurate material handling

Perform inventory counts, tracking, and restocking using scanners and systems

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely

Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment (5S standards)

Collaborate with logistics teams to meet shipping schedules and KPIs

Prepare and verify import / export documentation (invoices, packing lists, etc.)

Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and carriers for international shipments

Track and update status of global shipments

Ensure compliance with trade regulations, Incoterms, and internal SOPs

Support audits and maintain accurate documentation for compliance reporting

Assist in resolving delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of warehouse, logistics, or international shipping experience

Knowledge of trade compliance, customs paperwork, and import / export procedures

Proficiency with RF scanners, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel

Forklift and pallet jack experience (certification preferred)

Ability to lift 50100 lbs and stand / move for 810 hour shifts

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation

Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

High school diploma or GED required

Must pass a 10-year background check and drug screening

Pay

$20.00$22.50 per hour

A2 Shift (Weeknights) : $21.50 / hr | Tuesday Friday, 6 : 00 PM 5 : 00 AM

B2 Shift (Weekend Nights) : $22.50 / hr | Saturday Monday, 6 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM
