What You’ll Do

Diagnose and resolve technical issues across the facility.

Lead and manage maintenance schedules for building systems and equipment.

Perform hands-on tasks : painting, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.

Maintain docks, doors, floors, racks, and material handling equipment.

Work with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Coordinate preventive maintenance and organize work orders efficiently.

Support building access controls and security systems.

Respond quickly to facility and grounds requests, including seasonal tasks like snow removal.

What You Bring

2–5 years of experience in building and grounds maintenance.

Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.

Experience with forklifts and hand power tools.

Familiarity with building access and security systems.

Ability to work safely, independently, and with attention to detail.

Must pass a drug test

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00 / hr.
