Software Engineer

MANTECH is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Engineer to join our team in the Springfield, VA area.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Provide expert guidance on Enterprise Asset Management; Identify, recommend, and implement agreed upon leading industry practices, process methodologies, new technologies, and streamlined approaches that afford the client the ability to improve system performance.
• Provide support to maintain IBM's Maximo to ensure that all Maximo Users have a stable platform to perform daily operations; support reporting capabilities and requirements that streamline and reduce where possible, the manual input of existing data.
• Provide technical and business-level assistance, incident resolution, and daily support to the Maximo user community; maintain and enhance the functionality, reliability, availability, performance, stability, sustainability, and security of the
