Key Responsibilities

Define and implement product management workflows, frameworks, and best practices

Evaluate, implement, and manage product tools to ensure optimal utilization

Establish metrics and dashboards to track product performance and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

8 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or product operations in the healthcare space

Proven experience in implementing scalable processes and tools in a product-led organization

Strong understanding of product lifecycle and agile methodologies

Experience as a Super User or administrator of tools like Jira and Confluence

Minimum Bachelor's Degree or 10 years of related experience
