As a Process Engineer , you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and make a meaningful impact within a supportive and dynamic team.
What You’ll Do :
- Process Optimization : Improve cycle times, reduce scrap, and enhance productivity through blow molding and injection molding process optimization.
- Production Support : Lead and assist technicians in machine setup, production startup, and process monitoring.
- Product Development : Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production teams on new product development and process validation.
- Troubleshooting : Analyze and resolve process deviations, equipment failures, and quality issues; implement corrective actions.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify and execute improvements to processes, equipment, SOPs, and work instructions.
- Documentation : Create and maintain detailed process documentation, SOPs, and best practices.
- Training & Development : Mentor junior engineers and production staff, ensuring adherence to established processes.
- Communication : Align teams on objectives, timelines, and production updates; lead pre-shift meetings on status and maintenance.
- Safety & Compliance : Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
What You’ll Need :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field, including Plastics Engineering , Mechanical Engineering , Industrial Engineering , Manufacturing Engineering , Chemical Engineering , etc.Technical Skills : Experience with measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) and interpreting technical documentation.Soft Skills : Critical thinking, strong work ethic, and a collaborative spirit.Job Requirements :
