13 Weeks | Night Shift | 3x12s

HumanEdge Health is seeking a skilled Travel Registered Nurse for a night shift assignment at a long-term acute care facility in Grand Rapids, Michigan . This is a 13-week contract opportunity for an RN who thrives in high-acuity settings and is committed to delivering exceptional, patient-focused care.

Position Overview :

  • Provide direct patient care based on individualized nursing plans
  • Complete nursing assessments within 8 hours of admission
  • Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in discharge planning
  • Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all assessments, interventions, and patient responses
  • Uphold safety standards and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Communicate patient status updates clearly and professionally
  • Serve as charge nurse as needed following orientation

    • Requirements :

  • Active RN license (MI or compact)
  • Previous LTAC or acute care experience preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working 3x12s on night shift, including weekends as required
