IT Operations & Cybersecurity Manager

Overview :

Oversees IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and compliance programs to ensure secure, efficient, and compliant operations across all systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update cybersecurity documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with evolving federal cybersecurity standards (e.g., CMMC, DFARS, NIST).
• Lead internal readiness and compliance assessments; report progress to leadership.
• Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware / software upgrades, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Plan and implement cost-effective technology solutions to support business operations.
• Oversee data protection, access controls, and disaster recovery processes.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for system updates and security improvements.
• Provide end-user training and technical support.
• Partner with security personnel to meet regulatory and compliance requirements.
