WCS Healthcare is currently seeking an Case Management Nurse for a contract assignment at a Prestigious Hospital in Boston, MA.

Job Function :

Day Shift.

8am to 4 : 30pm.

Assess new patients.

Update and revise patient health care plans as needed.

Educate patients and families about health care plans and options.

Make clinical decisions for routine patient care.

Accurately document and submit medical records.

Demonstrate knowledge in medical care; such as diagnostic procedures, medication, symptoms, and other treatment-related therapies.

Job Requirements :

Must have 2 years relevant Management / supervision experience along with acute hospital experience.

BLS.
