San Ramon Academy of Music is one of the Bay Area’s fastest-growing music academies. We serve 500+ students through private lessons, group classes, workshops, recitals, and city partnerships. Our mission is to create a warm, high-integrity community where students grow through music.

Role : General Manager

We’re seeking a General Manager to lead daily studio operations, support our teachers and admin team, and ensure our systems run smoothly across both locations. This is a hands‑on operational leadership role and ideal for someone who is organized, steady, people‑focused, and excellent at follow‑through.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee day‑to‑day studio operations and facility readiness
• Support teachers and staff with scheduling, communication, and problem‑solving
• Ensure accurate, warm, and timely communication with families
• Execute SOPs and maintain system consistency (ClickUp, Opus, templates, checklists)
• Coordinate logistics for recitals, workshops, and group classes
• Maintain a positive, community‑oriented environment

What We’re Looking For :

Bonus : experience in education, arts administration, customer experience, or workflow systems.
