This is a full-time position based out of the Maryland office and is not eligible for remote work. As the Project Director for the Executive Pastor of Campuses and Locations, you will have a multifaceted role that involves overseeing various aspects of project management and serving the Executive Pastor as needed. The Project Director possesses an above-average administrative skillset (planning, calendaring, budgeting, etc.), is incredibly detailed, a quick-thinker, and anticipates needs in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. This role works in partnership with internal stakeholders of Union Church to ensure excellence at a high standard and that Union is equipped and prepared while managing all deliverables from inception to completion.

Union Church offers a generous compensation package. The salary for this position is commensurate with experience.
