Job Title : Family Peer Advocate (Pregnant and Postpartum Women's Services)

In order to qualify (please read) - Experience working with families in need of substance use disorder treatment, or experience in case management is preferred. Lived experience in active recovery and / or work / family experience in addiction and recovery is a plus.
Job Summary
The Family Peer Advocate will be instrumental in delivering compassionate, high-quality services to pregnant and postpartum women as part of the Preserving Families Through Partnership model. Join our dedicated team to make a profound difference in the lives of high-risk mothers affected by substance use. In this role, you will provide community / home based services including : outreach, coordination of family services, and recovery-focused case management, ensuring that every mother receives the support she needs.
You will work directly with families in various settings, fostering positive relationships, advocating for their needs, and guiding them toward recovery and stability. Your commitment to empowering families will help shape a stronger community.
