Schedule 12-hour day shifts, 36 guaranteed hours per week. Job Description We are seeking a qualified nurse for a position in the Cardiothoracic ICU. The role requires experience with fresh hearts and familiarity with a variety of cardiovascular surgeries and conditions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing and be prepared to handle complex patient scenarios. Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the CTICU. Monitor and assess patient conditions, especially post-surgery and during critical episodes. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create effective treatment plans. Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 2 years of experience in a Cardiothoracic ICU setting. Experience with fresh hearts is required.
