  • Si comme pour nous, la gestion de marque et son développement sont votre sujet de prédilection et que vous aimez travailler dans un environnement dynamique et stimulant, cette opportunité ne peut manquer de vous intéresser !Nous recherchons actuellement un Chef de produit Sénior (H / F) sur la lovebrand Nutella, marque de premier plan leader d’une catégorie dynamique, aux challenges multiples sur le marché français. Nous recherchons un profil qui contribuera à l'orientation stratégique de la marque, sur un poste complet, avec d’importantes responsabilités.
  • Principales responsabilités :
  • Suivi du Business / Plan Marketing
  • Contribuer à l’écriture de la stratégie marketing locale de la marque Nutella (stratégie, actions, ressources, budget), élaborer et implémenter le plan marketing local
  • Analyser et piloter les performances de la marque (sell-out et conso) et des concurrents sur les activations, pour identifier et recommander des plans d'actions correctifs
  • Participer au développement d'un plan média pertinent et efficace avec le service Média, puis mettre en oeuvre les contenus de communication sur les différents points de contact (TV, digital, affichage, Drive…) pour les activations dont vous avez la responsabilité
  • Piloter la stratégie digitale et e-commerce de la marque sur l’année
  • Élaborer le budget A&P Marketing et en assurer le suivi
  • Piloter et optimiser les leviers P&L
  • Analyser les études consommateurs et proposer des axes d'amélioration des éléments clés du mix marketing, en collaboration rapprochée avec le Category Manager
  • Assurer le développement et l’optimisation du portefeuille produits (formats)
  • Contribuer à l’élaboration du plan de lancement des innovations globales et locales, et le déployer sur le marché français
  • Gérer le reporting et le suivi de ses projets avec l'Area, être le point d'entrée des sujets communs avec les autres B.U
  • Gestion de projet
  • Concevoir, faire adhérer et diriger la mise en place d’activations à 360° avec toutes les parties prenantes internes et externes, notamment sur le temps fort de Noël, axe de développement prioritaire & stratégique pour la marque dans les années à venir
  • Collaborer avec les parties prenantes (Area, Media, PR & Corporate Communication, Trade Marketing & Business Development, Controlling, Legal, S&OP et Operations), pour le développement de ses projets
  • Suivre l'ensemble du processus pour assurer la réalisation des objectifs dans les délais prévus
  • Analyser les KPIs pertinents pour faciliter la prise de décision
  • Nous cherchons une personne qui :
  • Diplômé(e) d’un Bac + 5 Ecole de commerce ou formation équivalente avec une spécialisation Marketing / Commercial. Vous disposez d'une expérience en Marketing de 7-10 ans en agroalimentaire ou FMCG
  • Compétences en gestion de projet
  • Excellente capacité à s'organiser, prioriser et structurer son travail et celui de son équipe (Stagiaire)
  • Bonne capacité à gérer la complexité et bonne orientation à la résolution de problèmes
  • Aisance relationnelle et capacité à travailler en transversalité avec les différentes directions en interne et dans un environnement international
  • Bonne capacité de leadership et d'influence, mode de pensée stratégique
  • Connaissance de Nielsen, des panels consommateurs, bonne connaissance des études marketing et expertise des leviers digitaux
  • Maitrise de l’anglais (indispensable) et l'italien serait un plusVous êtes organisé(e), rigoureux (se), proactif(ve) et possédez une bonne capacité d'affirmation de soi.
