Role
Media Trader, AI Solutions — lead strategy, activation, and optimization for high-impact campaigns across YouTube and Meta in the US market on a Hybrid basis out of the New York Metro area. You will own the full trading lifecycle—from architecture and QA to advanced optimization and insights—while partnering with Sales and Client Success to drive retention, margin, and scalable growth. You are hands-on in platforms, enjoy structured testing, and translate business goals into smart media and creative levers powered by AI.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end trading for YouTube & Meta : campaign design, launch, pacing, optimization, QA, brand safety, and reporting.
- Translate objectives into strategy : map KPIs (VTR, CPV, CPM, ROAS, attention / quality metrics) to bidding, audiences, placements, and creative frameworks.
- Optimize with rigor : daily pacing and margin management, flighting, budget re-allocation, bid / budget automation, frequency control, inventory curation.
- Run structured experiments : build a testing roadmap (audience, creative, supply, bidding), define success criteria, and codify repeatable wins into playbooks.
- Leverage AI workflows : apply Perion Algo recommendations and insights to simplify ops, improve results, and surface opportunities for scale and upsell.
- Upsell signals → action : proactively identify expansion (new lines, formats, geos, objectives) and partner with Sales / CSM on proposals and QBRs.
- Raise the bar on quality : implement checklists, pre-launch QA, brand suitability, measurement consistency, and data hygiene across platforms.
- Tell a compelling story : convert performance data into clear narratives and next steps for clients; present in weekly / bi-weekly calls and QBRs.
- Enable the team : mentor traders, share best practices, and contribute to internal tools, macros, and SOPs that make the team faster and more accurate.
What You Bring
3-5+ years hands-on media trading across YouTube (Google Ads / DV360) and Meta Ads Manager for US advertisers (brand and / or DR).Proven ownership of large, multi-line campaigns (six- to seven-figure budgets), with strong results on KPI delivery, margin management, and scale results.Expert understanding of digital KPIs & mechanics (CPM, CPV, CTR, VTR, ROAS, reach, incrementality, attention / quality signals) and how to move them.Comfort with auction dynamics, learning phases, creative testing frameworks, and supply curation (inventory, placements, brand safety).Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivots, lookups; basic modeling). Nice to have : SQL or Python for analysis / automation; Looker / Tableau / GA4.Strong communication : you can brief creatives, align stakeholders, and present crisp insights and recommendations to senior clients.Startup mindset : bias to action, high ownership, process discipline, and comfort in a fast-moving environment backed by the scale of Perion.Why Join Us
