How You'll Make An Impact In This Role

• Safely transport PACE participants to and from the center, homes, and appointments, keeping to schedule and adjusting as needed
• Operate and inspect vehicles daily, using wheelchair lifts and safety equipment properly and following all traffic laws
• Assist participants in and out of the vehicle with care, respect, and attention to safety
• Communicate promptly about any issues or incidents and support the Transportation Supervisor with daily department needs

What Minimum Requirements You'll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

Drivers License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Chauffeur preferred.

BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Heart Saver AED preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
• Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

• Valid DL with F endorsement
