What You’ll Do :
You’ll be a key player in our warehouse team, helping to move, manage, and deliver products efficiently and safely. Whether you’re loading trailers, picking orders, or leading associates, you’ll work in a fast-paced, multi-temperature environment, focused on accuracy, teamwork, and safety. Your efforts keep our supply chain flowing smoothly — from receiving goods, staging inventory, to shipping orders out on time.
In This Role, You’ll :
All Associates :
Must have experience using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, stand-up trucks, stand-up dock trucks, and forklifts (certification required for forklift)
Inspect incoming / outgoing shipments and verify the accuracy of orders and product quality
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company standards
Use warehouse technology (RF scanners, inventory systems) to track orders and inventory
Follow all QIP and sanitation policies and safety protocols
Loaders :
Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely
Secure pallets for shipment and verify shipping documentation
Assist dock operations, including staging and organizing shipments
Selectors / Pickers :
Must have experience meeting / exceeding a cases per hour (CPH) standard
Use handheld scanners to pick and pack customer orders accurately
Conduct cycle counts and spot checks to maintain inventory accuracy
Follow FEFO (First Expired, First Out) procedures for food products

What You’ll Bring : All Associates :
Must have one (1) year of experience in food distribution
Must have warehouse experience / using material handling equipment within the past six (6) months
Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer and cooler environments
Listing up to 75lbs continuously
Strong attention to detail, teamwork skills, and commitment to safety
Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
Experience with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners preferred
Schedule & Setting :
Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse (dry, cooler freezer : -5 °F to 38 °F)
Primarily a 5-day work week, with shifts typically being 2 PM – 10 : 30 PM; weekend and holiday availability required
Physically active role with repetitive lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing / walking for extended periods
Pay & Benefits :
$22.55 / hour, not including pay for performance (PFP)
After your 90-day probation period, the pay will increase to $24.60 / hr. Not including pay for performance (PFP)
Weekly pay (every Friday)
Health, dental, and vision coverage after 30 days. The company pays 60% of the premium.
