What You'll Do :

Greet visitors, employees, and contractors in a professional and courteous manner while monitoring access to the front desk area.

Verify identification and credentials of individuals entering the location, following site-specific access control procedures.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel as needed.

Assist with visitor management, including logging guests and issuing temporary badges according to site policies.

Monitor security-related systems such as surveillance cameras and alarms, reporting any irregularities to the appropriate parties.

Communicate clearly and promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding security-related matters.

Support emergency response activities at the front desk, following established protocols and providing guidance to visitors and staff when appropriate.

Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of daily activities and / or incidents as required by site-specific policies.

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
