Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the CTVSEH South Austin veterinarian teamDevelop, implement, and oversee essential medical servicesAdvise on best practice clinical operations and staff efficiencyEnsure exemplary delivery of clinical services and client experienceFoster strategic relationships with the referring veterinary communityProvide clinical mentoring, coaching, and training for staffEvaluate and improve clinical policies and proceduresMonitor medical quality and report findings to senior managementQualifications :
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited universityActive Texas license or ability to obtain oneExperience as an Emergency Veterinarian or Board-Certified in medical oncology, emergency & critical care, surgery, radiology, or internal medicineAt least 2+ years of clinical, scientific, or industry experience in a high-volume environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to lead and inspire a diverse team in a fast-paced settingInnovative thinker focused on continuous improvementSchedule :
