Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is a leading provider of non-medical, in-home care for the elderly in PACE programs.
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides to join our on-call program, where you’ll make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors in South Boston and surrounding cities. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated Home Health Aides who are looking for flexible work and guaranteed hours.
Responsibilities :
- Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, toileting, and transfers.
- Assist with meal preparation and kitchen clean-up.
- Offer daily living support such as laundry, grocery shopping, light cleaning, and other household tasks.
Document all incidents, injuries, or changes in participants' conditions and communicate them to your supervisor.
Respond promptly in emergency situations, ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.Requirements :
Minimum 1 year of experience as an HHA or CNA in a similar role.Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.Current BLS / CPR / First Aid certification or willing to obtain (American Heart Association or Red Cross).Must pass a criminal background check, physicalSmartphone and email access for work communications.Benefits :
