Liveo Research is a leading global manufacturer of rigid packaging solutions, with five strategically located facilities around the world. Our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Delaware City, Delaware is currently seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join our growing team.

What you will do :

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Liveo is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications :

Education :

Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field

2 -5 years of equivalent work experience may be considered, in lieu of a degree

Experience :

25 years of experience in account management or sales support ideally in the pharmaceutical, packaging, or manufacturing industries

Experience working with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) environments is a plus

Technical Skills :

Proficiency with ERP systems required (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.

Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is helpful.
