SALES SPECIALIST

POSITION SUMMARY

As a Sales Associate, your primary responsibility is to assist customers throughout their shopping experience and contribute to achieving sales targets and revenue goals. You will be a crucial point of contact between the company and its customers, ensuring a positive and satisfactory buying experience. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will play a vital role in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ultimately driving business growth.

Imperial Sportbikes is located a few minutes from downtown Denver, Colorado in a 20,000 square foot facility. We opened in 2006 as an eCommerce store selling used motorcycle parts. Today we are the #1 dedicated Aprilia dealership in the country with customers coming in to pick motorcycles up from around the nation.

We are committed to establishing long-term, mutually satisfying relationships with both our team members and our customers.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

  • Maximize sales opportunities by scheduling appointments with senior sales staff and hosting virtual presentations initially until you can do it by yourself.
  • Manage pipeline of qualified prospects using company CRM and perform daily review of leads and lead sources.
  • Make 150 outbound calls daily minimum and convert leads to customers.
  • Sell out our events each month with the sales team.
  • Meet daily KPI's and monthly / quarterly Sales Targets.
  • Be a contributing member of the Sales Team in revenue, culture, and brand image.
  • Communicate the companys value propositions to all business owners.
  • Have a strong desire to excel in a sales driven environment

  • EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • GED or high school diploma preferred
  • 1-2 years work experience in training, organizational development or content development
  • Strong presentation skills
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • This position will require travel - up to 5%
