Position Description

Constellation Service Company is now hiring for a Staff Accountant!

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional to support our core financial operations. This role spans payroll and tax compliance, inventory management, treasury functions, and general accounting support. You'll play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting across a variety of financial activities.

Key responsibilities

Treasury & Cash Flow Support

Assist with managing company credit cards and fuel card programs

• Monitor and record cash transactions to support accurate cash flow tracking
• Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
• Review and upload payment batches

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

Support tax-related reconciliations, reporting, and compliance

Inventory Management

Maintain and reconcile inventory records; ensure consistency between physical counts and system data

General Accounting Support

Assist with month-end close activities and reporting

Position Requirements

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
