Practice Overview
- You'll join a team of 2 urologists at a respected regional hospital; 1 recent retirement opens room for immediate volume
- Employed model with full subspecialty support and Epic EMR across all locations
- Call is light and 1 : 6, with most calls handled by phone
- Procedures include general urology, prostate, stones, and robotics (DaVinci Xi robot available)
Schedule
Choose between a 4- or 5-day workweek to fit your lifestyle1 OR day and 3 clinic days weekly, including 1 day / month at a satellite clinic 30 minutes awayMobile lithotripsy unit every Tuesday and full in-office procedural supportFast ramp-up with strong referral base and community demandCompensation & Benefits
Base salary between $500,000-$600,000 plus RVUs ($61 / RVU); current physicians earning $700K+$50,000 sign-on bonus and $20,000 relocation assistance6 weeks of PTO with $4,000 CME allowance includedMalpractice coverage with tail and a 3-year contractCandidate Requirements
