Thrive Beyond Trauma Counseling is a specialized, heart-centered private practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and partners heal from trauma, betrayal trauma, and behavioral addictions such as porn, sex, and love addiction. We combine compassion with clinical excellence, offering a warm, evidence-based space for true transformation.

As we grow from an individual to a group practice, were looking for passionate, driven, and grounded therapists who are ready to specialize deeply and help redefine how people heal from trauma and addiction.

Position Overview

Were seeking a full-time W-2 therapist to join our Farmington Hills team.

Youll provide individual, couples, and (as ready) group therapy for clients healing from trauma, betrayal trauma, and behavioral addictions. Thrive provides full support so you can focus on the work you love most : therapy.

What We Offer

• Competitive W-2 compensation : $70,000 $110,000 / year , based on experience and specialization
• Paid advanced certifications : EMDR, Gottman, CSAT, CCPS (covered by Thrive)
