Payroll Specialist

A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Manages payroll processing for assigned clients with 1500 or more worksite employees

Assists clients with employee updates, benefit adjustments, and billing as per client contracts

Addresses employee inquiries regarding payroll calculations and taxation, maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

2-5 years of multi-state payroll experience required; PEO / ASO experience preferred

Fundamentals of Payroll or Certified Payroll Professional certification preferred

Strong knowledge of payroll laws at the state and federal level

Proficient in MS Office Suite
