We are currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician with experience in the construction and / or maintenance field

Position Summary :

Perform skilled, complex work on the repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial HVAC systems, air conditioning, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, exhaust fans, economizers, unit and radiant heaters, while also providing basic repair & maintenance on mobile office trailers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Perform preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and final repairs on all HVAC units and related equipment.
• Respond to HVAC service calls directed by Branch Manager / Operations Manager.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, maintain, and service a variety of HVAC equipment.
• Clean and remove dust, dirt, and debris from clogged HVAC systems.
• Work and assist other maintenance employees in responding to emergencies and resolve work related issues.
• Maintain accurate records for labor, materials, work order completion, project orders, manufacture’s technical data sheets, material safety data sheets, and other maintenance records.
• Communicate effectively with team, vendors, and associates with professionalism to resolve issues that arise.
• Respond to service issues on Satellite fleet equipment as needed including, but not limited to; door repairs, plumbing issues, roof issues, vandalism repairs, security installation or removal, tile repairs, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned

This position is required to travel 80% of the time.

Compensation :

The pay range listed is the base pay range that Satellite Shelters, inc / Satellite Industries, Inc. reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
