About the role :

As a Senior Automation Engineer, you'll take the lead in designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions that scale infrastructure, boost reliability, and empower engineering teams through self-service. You'll bring deep expertise in cloud infrastructure and platform engineering, and you'll be hands-on with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), automation frameworks, and cloud-native tooling.

Your work will directly influence how teams deploy, manage, and secure their environments-giving them the tools to move faster and safer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and maintain automation frameworks to streamline infrastructure deployment and management
• Architect and optimize cloud-native solutions using Azure IaaS and PaaS services
• Build scalable infrastructure with Terraform and Terragrunt
• Automate with Bash, PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
• Support containerized workloads and orchestration with Kubernetes
• Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Champion platform engineering and build self-service capabilities for development teams
• Collaborate across engineering to identify automation opportunities and eliminate bottlenecks
• Ensure systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with best practices and compliance standards

The base salary range for this position is $152,000 - $190,0000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education, experience, qualifications and work location.
