McGuire Sponsel is seeking a detail-oriented, collaborative Marketing Coordinator to support and enhance a high-performing marketing team. This role will serve as the foundational glue between strategy and executionmanaging content coordination, supporting campaign delivery through ownership of the teams project management system, and ensuring consistent project momentum. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and brings both precision and people skills to the table.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in keeping marketing operations organized, efficient, and forward moving.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Content Coordination
- Own and manage project timelines in marketing-focused project management platforms, Wrike being the primary tool
- Organize and maintain marketing collateral, content libraries, and brand materials
- Coordinate editorial calendars and channel-specific content schedules
Cross-Team Collaboration
Act as a liaison between the marketing team and practice lines, sales, and partner firmsCoordinate inputs and feedback for cross-functional marketing projects and campaignsSupport alignment across internal stakeholders and external agency partnersDigital Marketing & Platform Support
Coordinate content updates across digital marketing platforms (website, email, social)Monitor and assist with platform maintenance and performance updatesTrack and document ongoing digital projects and optimization needsDigital and In-Person Event & Outreach Support
Assist with firm-hosted and sponsored virtual and in-person events, webinars, conferences, etc.Support planning and logistics for event communications, client gifting, and partner initiativesAdministrative & Operational Support

A degree in marketing or a related field with relevant internship or job experience35 years of project coordination or marketing support experience (preferred)Proficiency across social media platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.)Familiarity with administrative processes and multi-project coordinationStrong organizational skills and a high attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalComfortable using Microsoft Office and collaborative work toolsExperience with creative tools (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)Bonus : Familiarity with marketing tools (HubSpot, Wrike, etc.)Bonus : Podcasting or video experience is great!No tax experience requiredMust have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel as neededWho we are : McGuire Sponselis a national specialty tax consulting firm that has experienced tremendous growth while serving leading accounting firms and businesses across the country.
