Financial Analyst Or Senior Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in managing Endeavor's financials by supporting departmental financial planning, analyzing variances, building dashboards and reports, and driving improvements to key financial metrics. This role offers high visibility across both Endeavor and Delta, with regular collaboration with Delta Finance to communicate forecasts, align financial outcomes with operational performance, and support strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities include :

• Working under the direction and supervision of the Director or Manager of FP&A.
• Identifying / Analyzing operational financial issues and recommending / implementing opportunities and improvements.
• Serving as a key liaison between Endeavor and Delta Finance, translating operational performance into financial insights and supporting joint initiatives.
• Assisting in the development of the Annual Operating Plan, Capital Expenditure Plan, Quarterly Forecast, and Long-Range Business Plan in alignment with Delta's financial planning cycles.
• Preparing and reviewing monthly budget and financial reports for Endeavor senior management and Delta Finance, ensuring clear communication of financial forecasts and operational impacts.
• Coordinating / preparing monthly operating statistics and financial reports as part of the monthly financial reporting package shared with Delta Finance.
• Preparing operational analysis and management reports as required.
• Requiring heavy interface with all functions within the company, as well as all levels of management.
• Participating in the monthly close process, such as journal entries, reconciliations, etc. and in the research and analysis of monthly financial performance.
• Performing internal audits on financial and operational areas.
• Assisting in strategic projects as required.

Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory responsibilities include no direct reports.

FLSA Status : Salary

Minimum Position Pay Range : USD $60,000.00 / Yr.

Maximum Position Pay Range : USD $100,000.00 / Yr.
