Job description

Office Experience Coordinator

Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced, energetic workplace? Do you take pride in creating a warm, welcoming environment and keeping operations running smoothly? We're looking for an Office Experience Coordinator to join our client's team full-time in New York City for a 12-month temporary assignment. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office operations, employee engagement, and event coordination while supporting a vibrant, mission-driven team.

As a Hunter Hamilton contractor, you'll enjoy :

  • Hourly pay of $25 / hr
  • Weekly direct deposit

What You'll Do

As the first face people see when they walk through the door, you'll set the tone for a friendly and professional workplace experience. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

  • Providing exceptional customer service to employees, candidates, and guests by greeting them warmly and assisting with inquiries.
  • Managing the reception area - receiving mail and packages, maintaining organization, and using visitor management tools.
  • Supporting the Workplace Operations Manager with company events, meetings, and office-wide programs that foster connection and belonging.
  • Handling employee requests and coordinating space reservations through internal systems like ServiceNow.
  • Ensuring shared spaces such as wellness rooms, conference rooms, and supply areas are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Partnering with internal teams and external vendors to keep office operations running seamlessly.
  • Assisting with special projects and helping to promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Who You Are

    You're someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and staying organized in a dynamic environment. You'll thrive in this role if you have :

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in reception, office coordination, or customer service.
  • A friendly, proactive, and adaptable approach to your work.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
  • A tech-savvy mindset with experience using Google Workspace and tools like ServiceNow or other helpdesk systems.
  • A passion for creating a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels they belong.
  • Work Location

    This position is fully onsite at the NYC office.

    The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Actual base compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, actual experience, and job performance.
