Key Responsibilities
Provide prompt, professional customer service regarding enrollment assignments
Research, process, or escalate assignment change requests received by phone or forms
Document calls in detail to ensure accurate information capture
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Two or more years of customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, CRM platforms, and OneNote
Experience in healthcare, particularly in provider, member services, insurance, or claims
Must maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
