Manager, Corporate Responsibility
The Manager, Corporate Responsibility is part of Enterprise Governance at Stryker's worldwide headquarters. As a member of the Corporate Responsibility (CR) function, you will define, develop and execute corporate responsibility education awareness campaigns intended to inform employees about initiatives that may affect their work, increase employee engagement and strengthen company reputation through timely, consistent messaging both internally and externally.
In this role you will support company-level CR programs by developing and executing detailed communication plans, creating content, tracking metrics, return on investment, and innovating to reach unique audiences.
Strategic communications and messaging
- Develop and implement communication plans that support CR education and initiatives, including messaging frameworks, visual identity, and toolkits while ensuring alignment with company strategy, brand, and goals across all CR messaging.
Content creation and storytelling
Create compelling communication materials such as leader briefs, PowerPoint decks, speaker notes, videos, graphics, and written content.Drive employee engagement through dynamic storytelling that highlights CR impact and opportunities.Collaboration and integration
Partner with Corporate Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Talent Acquisition, and other internal teams to ensure integrated messaging and strategic alignment.Support enterprise-wide CR communications planning and execution.Governance and review
Manage review and approval processes for internal and external CR materials, ensuring compliance with brand and legal standards.Change management support
Support CR-related change initiatives through targeted communications that help employees understand, adopt, and champion new behaviors, policies, or programs.Data-driven optimization and measurement
Use data insights to evaluate communication effectiveness, refine strategies, and report on outcomes.Monitor engagement metrics and feedback to continuously improve messaging and channel performance.What you need
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, or sustainability) or 6+ years of equivalent experience8+ years of work experiencePreferred
3+ years of CR / sustainability experience in communications, marketing and / or brandingExperience working within a public corporation, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry, or as a consultant with a global consulting firmStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Adobe WorkfrontExceptional organizational and project management skills, with ability to lead and manage complex projectsExperience crafting internal communications strategies with the ability to tailor messaging to appropriate audiences$100,500k- $198,700k salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
