Position : MIG Welder

Schedule : Monday – Thursday, 6 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM | Mandatory Overtime Fridays, 4 : 00 AM – 12 : 00 PM

Pay Rate : $21 per hour

About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled MIG Welder to join our team, where you will play a vital role in fabricating and assembling high-quality steel components for our innovative material handling and safety products, including mezzanines, guards, lifts, and access equipment. Your expertise will ensure that all welds meet stringent quality standards while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to accurately determine welding specifications.
• Set up and operate MIG welding equipment for various thicknesses of structural steel, ensuring precise welds on light to heavy gauge materials.
• Perform quality inspections of welds, making repairs or adjustments as necessary to uphold product standards.
• Utilize fabrication tools such as grinders and cutting torches to prepare materials and finish welded pieces.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including wearing proper PPE at all times, to maintain a safe manufacturing environment.
• Keep the work area organized and clean to facilitate efficient operations.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflows and resolve production challenges promptly.
