• Assist in the preparation and execution of property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and appealing.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about current real estate trends and opportunities in Sioux Falls.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies that attract and retain clients.
• Guide clients through the buying or selling process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.
• Utilize company tools and resources to manage client relationships and track progress effectively and efficiently.

• Experience in customer service or sales, with a passion for helping people find their dream homes.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals.
• Familiarity with the Sioux Falls real estate market or a willingness to learn quickly.
