Mid-Level Signature Reduction Planner

Celestar Corporation is seeking a Mid-Level Signature Reduction Planner to support the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) under the G3X / G2X Global Counterintelligence & Human Intelligence Analysis and Support Contract. Responsibilities :

• Conduct mission and SR requirements analysis.
• Support the daily management and oversight of the SR / OPSEC Program.
• Conduct and write an annual assessment of the SR / OPSEC Program (to include subordinate organizations) to ensure compliance with current DoD, Army, and INSCOM policies.
• Support the maintenance, issuance, recovery, inventory, and turn-in of the SR / OPSEC Program items and assist subordinate organizations.
• Write, staff, and track SR / OPSEC Program documents.
• Write, maintain, and instruct SR / OPSEC training courses based on operational requirements.
• Maintain day-to-day oversight, implementation, and sustainment, conduct assessments, and maintain continuous quality control of the Army's Due Diligence capability.
• Create implementation roadmaps for successful automation pilot programs.
• Maintain key SharePoint-based sites, pages, lists, libraries, and workflows in direct support of the Due Diligence and requirements.
• Establish and maintain oversight of end-user access and permissions for Classified Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Must have knowledge and experience with Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) related to their duties.
• Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities as needed.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated (NDI) on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
