What Will You Be Doing?

  • You'll Design And Manage Data-Driven "Intelligence Systems" That Support Show Scheduling, Ad Delivery, And Audience Engagement The Digital Reel Behind The Big Screen.
  • You'll Define The Architecture And Integration Roadmap For Decision Engines, Cdps, And Attribution Platforms Ensuring Our Data Story Unfolds Seamlessly From The First Frame To The Credits.
  • You'll Collaborate With Product, Engineering, And Legal Teams To Ensure Every System Follows The Proper Script Secure, Scalable, And Privacy-Compliant.
  • You'll Lead The Customer Data Platform (Cdp) Strategy, Unifying Customer Insights Into One Clear, Panoramic View Of Our Audience.
  • You'll Bring Data, Ai, And Creativity Together Enabling Smarter Decisions And Unforgettable Guest Experiences, One Showtime At A Time.

About You

  • You Have 812 Years In Data, Analytics, Or Marketing Science Ideally Within Entertainment, Retail, Or Media.
  • You've Led Productions (Implementations) Of Cdps, Decisioning Systems, And Attribution Models.
  • You're Fluent In The Language Of A / B Testing, Multi-Channel Attribution, And Real-Time Personalization.
  • You Understand The Art And Science Of Consent Management Keeping Our Data Story Both Compliant And Compelling.
  • You're An Excellent Communicator And Collaborator, With A Proven Record Of Leading High-Performing, Cross-Functional Teams.
