About the job : We’re seeking a seasoned UX Researcher to help shape employee- and patient-centered digital experiences across mobile and web platforms for a leading healthcare client. This role calls for a strong foundation in user research, a passion for innovation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Location : This role involves occasional visits to client sites, so candidates must be based in the Miami / South Florida area.
What you will do at Sogeti :
- Conduct User Research : Plan and execute qualitative and quantitative studies—including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and ethnographic research—with a focus on diverse populations.
- Facilitate Workshops : Lead collaborative sessions with stakeholders to align goals, uncover insights, and inform design decisions.
- Competitive & Trend Analysis : Research industry trends, including AI, emerging technologies, and healthcare innovation to identify opportunities for differentiation and forward-thinking design.
- Data Analysis : Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design and product strategy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with designers, product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to integrate research into development.
- User Advocacy : Champion user needs throughout the product lifecycle, especially for employee-facing tools and geographically dispersed user groups.
- Develop Research Artifacts : Create personas, journey maps, and other documentation to communicate findings effectively.
- Community Engagement : Connect with users across regions to understand preferences and improve product relevance.
- Documentation & Alignment : Maintain clear documentation to ensure alignment across shifting stakeholder priorities.
- Thought Leadership : Educate clients on UX best practices and help mature their design and research capabilities.
- Adaptability : Navigate ambiguity, pivot quickly, and manage competing stakeholder needs with confidence.
What you will bring :
3–7 years of UX research experience, especially in mobile / web products.Skilled in UX research methods, usability testing tools, and data analysis.Knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, HIPAA).Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with limited design infrastructure, while maintaining strong organization, documentation, and stakeholder alignment.Exceptional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with Figma and FigJam for design collaboration.Experience in the healthcare industry.Understanding of patient and employee engagement challenges in digital healthcare.Spanish language proficiency.Education :
