Hub Delivery Driver

Responsibilities

Exceed expectations with friendly, professional service during deliveries. Build strong customer relationships with clear, effective communication. Collaborate with store managers, teammates, and commercial customers to maintain smooth operations and an engaged work environment. Follow structured delivery processes, ensuring accurate, on-time routes while adhering to fleet safety guidelines. Drive company vehicles to transport automotive parts to commercial customers and AutoZone stores. Maintain proper documentation for each delivery. Follow company policies and safety protocols, fleet PPE guidelines, and ensure accident-free transportation. Complete daily vehicle checklists, maintain cleanliness, and report maintenance issues promptly. Support store merchandising standards as needed. Pick up returns, process merchandise, and restock items from route deliveries efficiently and accurately. Assist DIY customers in-store between deliveries, helping locate merchandise, providing product knowledge and offering installation services. Stay informed about current automotive promotions through AutoZone systems.

Qualifications

Must be at least 21 years old to apply. Must possess a valid driver's license and adhere to AutoZone's driver safety requirements to ensure responsible and secure vehicle operation. Basic knowledge of automotive parts is required. Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise. Full-time flexible schedule availability, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred. Strong people skills and effective communication in both Spanish and English. Previous experience in automotive retail is a plus. A valid Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) endorsement is a plus, helping ensure proper handling and transportation of regulated materials in compliance with safety standards.
