We are looking for a responsible Document Control Clerk to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include the ability to interpret component data sheets, assembly drawings, and bill of materials (BOM). The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, such as Office, Excel, and Outlook, etc.
Responsibilities :
- Follow manufacturing and assembly methods, procedures, policies, or techniques.
- Monitor Assembly drawings and bill of materials for accuracy and quality.
- Read work orders, instructions, formulas, or processing charts. Update and maintain records.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of controlled records, and code documents according to company procedures.
Skills :
Ability to multi-task and prioritize accordingly while adapting to a fast pace.Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.High School Degree : An additional qualification as a DDC Clerk will be a plus.Job Type : Full-time
